  • TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! This guy is a scam artist. If I can rate zero stars I would. Dropped off my iPhone 14 pro max almost 3 weeks ago. He was supposed to fix the screen which he charged me 230 dollars. I come pick up the device next thing you kno my front camera isn’t working. Which was working fine before. Then my bottom volume button was broken. Not to mention the screen was glitching. I had to come back multiple times for him to tell me he can’t screw the screen down because it only works with the screen lifted up. So he suggested to put the old screen back on and give me a partial refund. I’m like why hell would u put my old screen on and only give half my money back? So I’m like ima just leave it 1 more night for u to work on it and fix completely. I come back he tells me it’s a motherboard issue all of a sudden and he has to replace my battery since he has to leave the screen up and without screws. So I take my phone and half way home the screen goes black. I immediately rush the phone back he tells me oh I can put your old screen back on and I can’t give you a refund because you damaged the new screen yourself. I’m like ain’t no freaking way i just left, I need a full refund today. He began to take the new screen he put on there off and put my old screen back on and told me he refunded the money. My boyfriend calls he tells him he has to dispute it with the bank. So now I go back to get a copy of the refund receipt and he tells me his system won’t let him print 1 but it will be back on the card in 3-5 business days for sure. Then later on that evening he calls me and tells me after considering he won’t issue a refund and blames me for the screen blacking out and if I come on the premise he will call the police. So my phone was never fixed still have the old screen on it and I’m out of 230 dollars. Please please DO NOT GO TO HIM! This was HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I will be taking him to court!

  • My screen was cracked and he fixed it. 123 very fast. They do come in a very timely manner. However, my phone doesn’t hook up to Wi-Fi anymore. I’m going to try to contact them to see if they can rectify this if so I will change this to a five star review. Crossing my fingers…. Ok so I called him and he worked with me. He guided me to troubleshoot. When that didn’t work he suggested to call Apple Care. Come to find out it was my VPN that was not permitting me to connect. I deleted it and now it’s working!!! So now I am changing my rating. He didn’t avoid me after he got paid, answered all of my calls and I am grateful. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company. I can’t speak for anyone else but I am grateful. For $120.00 ($100.00 repair cost plus $20 for the convenience of coming to me)vs 329.00 from Best Buy, AND he came to me, worth every cent. Thank you my dude exceptional service and taking the time to make it right!
